Quality assurance program

COACT maintains and enforces a quality management system. This system consists of processes and their interactions that are applied within the scope (1). Inputs required, outputs expected, along with the sequence and interaction of processes, are determined based on applicable regulatory standards and guidance.

Management determines the criteria, methods, and objectives necessary to ensure the effective operation and control of these processes. Appropriate resources for processing, inspection and testing will be determined and available. Personnel will be assigned responsibilities and authorities as processes require.

The implementation of the quality management system will be verified by regular inspections, reviews and audits that will compare practices against the requirements of the written procedures in the quality management system and applicable standards taking into account risk and opportunities. Clearly defined acceptance and rejection criteria have been established and are applied, where appropriate, to the process. Corrective actions, preventive action, and improvements will be implemented as necessary and will be subsequently reviewed for effectiveness.

We have established this quality policy to be consistent with the purpose and context of J5 Systems. It provides a framework for the setting and review of objectives in addition to our commitment to satisfy applicable customer, regulatory, and legislative requirements as well as our commitment to continually improve our management system.

Examples of this knowledge and experience include Navy C4ISR/IT and GCCS-M.  The technical staff includes software developers and systems engineers with bachelor or advanced degrees leading and supporting new and growing projects in San Diego, California and the Washington, DC area.
